Our trip was great! The scenery was incredible, the hotels were excellent and the weather was beautiful! We had a lot of good meals { Dukes was our favorite}. Road to Hana trip and a full day tour of Kauai that were both great . The Pearl Harbor and Arizona tour was very emotional . The Hyatt in Oahu gave us something that we brought back home with us that I would re to say no one has ever brought back with them from Hawaii. Thanks for all the anniversary gifts you arranged! Neal did a great job in securing a early flight to Costa Rica and a late flight back from Costa Rica so we could get the most time in Costa Rica for our trip. His recommendation of the Westin in Costa Rica was spot on as we were very pleased with the wildlife, the accommodations, the food, the drinks and the awesome service. Neal surprised us with a Welcome Package upon our arrival which was a nice touch. Neal also secured our nightly dinner reservations in advance. Likewise, Neal made sure that the hotel staff was on top of any needs that we needed during our trip. We will use Neal again and we have recommended him to our friends. |

My wife and I were excited to celebrate our 10-year anniversary in Hawaii (Maui and Kauai) but did not have a clue of where to stay or what to see and do. We just returned from our first trip to Hawaii from visiting Oahu and Maui. The trip was absolutely amazing with Neal making the process extremely easy and stress free. Helped relieve some of the wedding stress...
Neal is a godsend. A friend of mine told me about him several years ago when my younger son was getting married and I wanted to gift them with their honeymoon. He made it so very easy, so it was just a natural response when my daughter started planning her wedding and honeymoon this past winter that I thought of Neal. She at first attempted to do it on her own and the stress was mounting daily, I suggested we turn it over to Neal, she agreed. Neal took the ball and ran with it. Several years ago we were going to be unavailable to book a vacation at the time the reservation period opened. We found Neal's information on the group charter web site. Living in NY we were concerned that forming an online relationship with a travel agent might be difficult, even risky. Wow! Our concerns were unjustified. I told Neal roughly what I wanted to do and showed him a few links of what I had found online. Neal took these ideas and then changed up some of the providers I had found and booked my trip with everything I wanted and activities balanced out among the days we stayed. I came to find out that the activities he booked were with the providers that were most highly rated and at various Luau's and shows I had front seats ! Everything he did was perfect without room for improvement. Neal Came to the Rescue, After Another Company Screwed Up
Listen Carefully. After using Neal's company to book our trips in the past, we went instead with a neighbor this year over at C...... Travel, and ended up -running back- to Neal to fix our reservations to Hawaii. He did so kindly. Neal is -fast-, courteous, and understand the needs, standards and budget of his clients. Speed is key when trying to book flights. The guy we left dragged his feet, and ticket costs skyrocketed by 1k for first class. If you're a frequent flier like me (Platinum on Delta) here's the value added to using Neal. -the headache of booking, and getting best rooms etc, is his. -at MOST, you pay the same amount as if you booked the trip yourself, but you get more in upgrades, room selection, perks, and of course personalized service. -on anniversaries, he's had everything from chocolates to champagne waiting in the room. The trip was great. The crew of the ship were fantastic. Fellow passengers and locals at each port were very friendly.
We had a great time in each port. We did not purchase any excursions but just got off the ship and walked the towns. The trip was interesting in that there were 1600 French speaking passengers and only 300 English speaking.
The entertainment on the ship was very enjoyable especially the acoustic guitar player who was in the lobby or the Schooner bar most afternoons or early evenings.
The upgraded room was also great; thanks again!

My parents referred Neal at NEAL MILLER TRAVEL COMPANY to my fiance and I when booking our honeymoon, and we couldn't be happier with their referral.
When planning a wedding, not everything goes perfectly and this includes the honeymoon. We recently discovered, without notice or warning, that American Airlines had cancelled our flight out of Grenada to Miami. If it wouldn't have been for Neal and his attention to detail, we could have been stuck between a rock and a hard place with limited return options.
Since he caught the mishap early, Neal was able to use his expertise to find alternate options and now we will be staying an extra night in Grenada at the same resort for FREE (as well as a resort credit) while carrying over our prearranged travel plans to the following day.
We have never met Neal face to face because of our location differences (he's in Atlanta and we reside in Cincinnati) but his professionalism allows him to set up the perfect vacation for all of his customers no matter where they are located.
I would highly recommend working with Neal no matter where you reside or what type of travel you are planning if you want it done perfectly. If we would have gone with one of the travel sites, there is not a doubt in my mind that we would have been out of luck with due to the airline's mishap. My fiance and I thank you Neal and we look forward to experiencing our wonderful honeymoon in Grenada!

Finding the perfect destination for a honeymoon can be stressful on top of already planning a wedding. One phone call to Neal was all it took. He talked to us about our preferences and made great suggestions and provided us links within minutes to help with our decision. We were booked the very next day with all of our transportation and activities booked. Neal was great in helping me plan my wife's 40th birthday. I have to admit that when I first contacted him my budget was much higher than what we actually ended up spending. These days money is hard to come by and money to go on a vacation is even harder. Therefore I want the most for my money. So imagine how concerned I was when we decided to vacation in Hawaii.
Neal Miller Travel was the BEST. Neal not only listened to our needs and requests but fulfilled them, and very importantly, all within our budget.
Whenever I travel to an unknown city and I book the accommodations, I worry about "is this the best deal?" Does this website accurate represent the facility? Is it located in the "right" part of town? And a million other questions.
With Neal I don't have to worry. He took care of everything we wanted. He booked transportation, accommodations, and assisted us with tickets to visit attractions. He even took care of all those little details that are important. Neal specializes in specific locations and that makes him an "expert" in those locations.
He helped us when we had to cancel reservations for some of the members in our party. He made sure that the credit was applied to our charge account before we left so we would not have to deal with voucher on future travel. This was most appreciated.
This is the second time I've used Neal Miller Travel, the first time was a trip to Puerto Rico. I will be sure to use Neal's services again when I return to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or want to try one of his other areas of expertise.

Neal Miller helped my husband and I plan our honeymoon in Hawaii and boy did he do a great job! We booked an all-inclusive package that included airfare, hotel and transportation. We had no problems with the travel documents he sent us, the hotel was perfect and transportation was on point. Upon arrival to the airport, we were greeted Hawaiian style and never had to wait for anything. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted with baked goods, compliment of the Honolulu Cookie Company as well as receiving a room upgrade. It felt as if we were wearing "just married" shirts or something. Even though it was never said, we felt like Neal Miller had something to do with that. The location of the hotel he booked for us was right on the beach and at the center of all the Oahu nightlife. It was comforting to know that Mr. Miller stays at this hotel himself whenever he's in Oahu.
During the weeks leading up to the trip, Mr. Miller sent us links for legitimate things to do as well as a link to their online newspaper. We also received personalized postal mail from Hawaii's visitor's bureau (compliments of Mr. Miller), outling the activities that would be going on the week we were going to be staying there. We would definitely use Mr. Miller's services again in the future!!

Neal helped planned our honeymoon in Cabo and it was great to just show up not have any worries about our trip. He has just helped us plan our Costa Rica trip and I totally trust his suggestions and I know when he tells me I won't be happy with certain places. My son asked for my assistance in planning a Hawaiian honeymoon. I wasn't sure where to start, and contacted Neal Miller, who is definitely an expert in his field. He was absolutely wonderful!! He guided us from beginning to end, and had everything booked and ready to go. They said everything was great and the staff everywhere was wonderful. From the time they arrived and the airport welcome, to the hotel, rental car, luau, etc. my son simply gave his name and had to do nothing else. Everything was ready and waiting for them. Neal had recommended some sights to see and things to do, and my son tells me that everything he suggested was well worth seeing or doing. Neal made sure they had his contact information prior to their trip in case they ran into issues while away (which they never had to use because everything was so organized). The cookies and popcorn that Neal had sent to their room was a welcomed surprise. They just got home yesterday, and are already talking about when they can go back. I cannot say enough about what a treasure it was to work with Neal. I highly recommend his services. Thank you Neal!

My partner and I needed to organize three generations of family spread around the country for a 50th wedding anniversary cruise in Hawaii for our parents. Neal Miller was WONDERFUL, HONEST and KNOWLEDGABLE. My husband and I recently planned our honeymoon to Playa Del Carmen with Neal. He was SOO much help. We were clueless on vacations out of the US. He was so honest and knowledgable about multiple locations. He was very patient with us during our decision making. Our honeymoon was everything we wanted and MORE.
